You will act as a subject matter expert in key HR areas such as Reward, Benefits, Global Mobility, and Job Evaluation, and handle complex cases from start to finish. Reporting to the HR Team Lead, you will collaborate with the People Services team, the broader HR function, and directly with business units to continuously improve HR service delivery.Hybrid Working:At Astellas, we recognize that our employees enjoy having a balance between their professional and home lives. - Ensure the delivery of end-to-end employee lifecycle services, with a focus on managing complex HR functional case management across areas such as Cyclical HR activities, Benefits, Job Evaluation, Reward, Talent, and Global Mobility.
- Contribute to providing high-quality, consistent advice to managers, employees, and external parties in a customer-focused manner.
- Maintain a continuous improvement mindset by driving process optimization and managing the impact of change on HR services.
- Ensure knowledge and expertise are provided for projects and initiatives, specifically where Workforce Services is a stakeholder, and help assess the impact of proposed solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with third-party providers, line managers, HR teams, and employees while delivering exceptional service.
- Ensure the highest quality and consistency of work through continuous learning and innovative ideas to improve project outcomes and process automation.
Essential Knowledge & Experience:
- Extensive experience in complex HR functional areas such as Benefits, Global Mobility, Reward, and Job Evaluation, with a proven ability to manage end-to-end cases.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality, customer-focused HR services to managers, employees, and external partners across multiple regions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex HR issues and deliver effective solutions.
- Extensive knowledge of HR business processes and how enterprise platforms and systems, such as Service Now and Assignment Pro, support these processes.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with stakeholders across the business and HR functions.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex HR information clearly to various audiences.
Preferred Experience:
- Demonstrable experience in the implementation and use of Assignment Pro for Global Mobility.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and present ideas to diverse audiences.
- Good working knowledge of the Service Now platform and its application in HR processes.
Education/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Data Science, Finance or equivalent.
Additional Information:
- This is a permanent, full-time position.
- This position is based in the United Kingdom.
- This position follows our hybrid working model. Role requires a blend of home and a minimum of 2 days per week in the United Kingdom office. Flexibility may be required in line with business needs. Candidate must be located within a commutable distance of the office.
