​Experience Project Manager required in the field of marine HVAC design, procurement, build & commissioning to join a rapidly expanding workforce in North Vancouver. The successful candidate will report to the Business Director, as part of a dynamic team working on every step of the design from concept, through fabrication, to installation & commissioning.The following outlines the Job description in more detail:Read, comprehend & interpret customer specifications & requirements, scopes of supply, scope of work & work demarcationPrepare & update plans including budgets, schedules & staffing materials forecastsPrepare & update periodic progress and earned value reportsManage subcontractors to ensure project deliverables are archivedResolve complex issues related to contracts including subcontractor product delivery schedules, quality, cost challengesact as primary client contactsParticipate in client meetings regarding progress, performance & project related issuesCommunicate with customer/equipment selectionPrepare subcontract scopes of work, obtain quotes, prepare purchase ordersCoordinate & oversee construction, commissioning & operational teams to optimise activitiesGuidance & mentoring of Junior project staff.
