On target income (OTI) is composed of your base salary + commission/bonus structure. OTI is a forecast of your potential earnings for the role.Our client is Ontario’s leader in Ductless, Furnace, central A/C, and boiler distribution equipment. With 40 years of experience, they provide clients with the best brands in the market and the latest HVAC systems and solutions.Our client is experiencing rapid growth, and this is an exciting time to join the team! They have been in business for 4 years and have experienced significant growth each year; most notably, the team has experienced 60+% growth so far this calendar year.We are seeking an experienced and well-connected HVAC professional to join the team.
Requirements:
- In-office Monday-Friday position – Head office located in Vaughan
- Highly experienced HVAC sales professional who has great relationships with licensed contractors in the industry and can be self-managed to success
- 5-10+ years of experience in HVAC sales
- Natural relationship builder
- Strong hunting skills with a proven track record of results
- Team player who is empathetic by nature with a genuine level of care for their customer
- Personal vehicle and valid driver’s license
Compensation:
- Competitive and flexible base salary + uncapped commissions
- Base salary range of $100-$120k+ dependent on experience and interview performance
- Uncapped commissions with a first-year OTE expectation of $200k+
