Large Mechanical and HVAC company is hiring several service / construction technicians with 3 – 5+ years experience with Commercial HVAC and Sheet Metal skills. This role is direct hire with our client company and will be responsible for both service and construction installation projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed

Supplemental Pay:

• Overtime pay
• Signing bonus depending on years of experience

Client is looking for 3 – 5+ years experience:

• Air cooled and/or water cooled systems up to 500 tons
• Variable refrigerant flow (VRF/VRV) systems
• Water source heat pumps and evaporative condensers
• Data center environmental equipment
• Understanding of basic HVAC controls and VFD’s
• Air handling equipment including VAV systems typically found in larger commercial systems
• Performing preventative maintenance on hydronic cooling & heating systems
• Pump and motor alignments
• Field sheet metal adjustments as needed
• Basic electrical to safely perform work
