HVAC Technician

SKILLS & experience/REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team;
• Experience: 5 years of Field Experience, trade school or apprenticeship;
• Ability to communicate with multiple disciplines – both technical and non-technical;
• Knowledge of cooling tower water chemistry and control systems;
• Advanced knowledge of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration systems;
• Familiar with the Microsoft office suite in order to prepare reports, format spread sheets and communicate by email;
• Competency in Permit Requiring Confined Space;
• Be highly focused on customer satisfaction expectations;
• Good documentation and record keeping;
• Understanding of and strict adherence to daily Job Hazard Analysis (JHA);
• Appropriate state certification or license;
• OSHA 10 certification
• 5 years of field experience, trade school or apprenticeship
• Shift is 12:30 to 9:00 PM
