Position Summary
Under the direction of Information Systems leadership, an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst is responsible for managing user access to systems and data within the organization. This involves creating and managing user accounts, assigning permissions, enforcing security policies, and monitoring access activity. They collaborate with business, cybersecurity, and other IT stakeholders to ensure secure and efficient access to resources, supporting the organization’s overall security posture.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent field of study, or relevant equivalent work-related education/experience required.
Experience
Minimum 2 years’ experience working with information systems applications in conducting problem analysis, problem solving issues management and effective communications. Knowledge of healthcare enterprise preferred.
Skills
Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including authentication, authorization, and access control methodologies.
Experience with IAM tools and technologies, such as Active Directory, Azure AD, or other identity management systems.
Knowledge of security principles and best practices related to access management.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., NIST, ISO)

Pay Range: $83,787.60 – $104,745.16
