• A broad-based engineering background, ideally supported by a degree in a technical or numerate discipline
• Experience with weapon system support models and predictive logistics modelling
• Clear, confident communication skills, with the ability to influence across teams and stakeholders
• A strategic mindset with a practical approach to managing priorities, multiple issues and delivery timelines
• An understanding of support chains from supply through to customer readiness

What You’ll Gain

• Base salary circa £65,000, depending on experience
