Job Description

We are recruiting for an Immigration Coordinator role to join our European Shared Services team. This role will be based in Sheffield, however will work closely with our teams in Dublin.

About the team:

The Europe Shared Services team in Sheffield support our offices based in Dublin, Zurich, Frankfurt & Paris. They are an extremely friendly and supportive team to join with people of all ages and backgrounds including German, French and Italian speakers.

About the role:

The Immigration Coordinator helps to provide exceptional levels of business support to a wide range of clients by supporting Fragomen’s offices and the Associate’s and Paralegal’s in an administrative capacity. They are exposed to a full range of immigration processes and administrative tasks including:

Other key responsibilities will include:

• Draft immigration applications
• Save and upload government decisions onto Fragomen’s database
• Draft emails to provide updates on all immigration matters
• Contact third party authorities by phone or/and email
• Maintain Fragomen’s database and client folders up to date
• Take on any additional projects as required

About you:

To be successful in this role you will have strong administrative and data entry skills, this can be taken from either previous work experience or educational background. You will be comfortable working in a team with excellent communication skills.

Fragomen in Sheffield:

Our Sheffield office is based in the city centre with the added bonus of free on-site parking, as well as several public transport links close by. The office has approximately 400 people working collaboratively and creating a dynamic, positive environment with over 20 different languages being spoken.
