The Specialist, Digital Payments Implementation (Formerly EFT) is accountable for assisting in the Business Client Centre’s (BCC) objective of maintaining the effective and efficient ongoing operation of Business Banking products and services such as EFT, Automated Clearing House (ACH), and Government Payments Filing Services (GPFS), by means of telephony and customer relationship management software. You’ll be accountable for performing after sales service support to internal and external Business Banking products customers.At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.How You’ll Succeed
