Implementation Project Manager

The Implementation Project Manager (IPM) plays a critical role in successfully delivering API products and processes within client environments. Reporting to the Vice President of Professional Services, the IPM serves as the single point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle – from initial planning to successful go-live and post go-live review.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in project management, excellent client-facing skills and experience managing complex implementations, ensuring smooth execution without requiring deep technical involvement.Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time according to business needs.Essential Functions: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
