In-House Legal Secretary – London – Hybrid WorkingWe’re working with a prestigious luxury brand that is seeking a highly experienced Legal Secretary to join its Central London-based in-house legal team.This is a rare opportunity to join a highly reputable brand and support a close-knit team of legal professionals in a permanent, high-impact role.The environment is collaborative, fast-paced and well-suited to someone who enjoys working autonomously with a high attention to detail.The Role:

• Support a small in-house legal team with transactional and product leasing work
• Format, proofread and prepare contracts and deeds for execution
• Manage digital and ink signature processes (including DocuSign)
• Liaise with external law firms and internal stakeholders
• Ensure documents are accurate, consistent and presentation-ready

You:

• Proven experience as a Legal Secretary (ideally in-house or commercial contract work)
• Excellent Word formatting skills and confidence handling contracts and deeds
• Experienced with DocuSign and document execution workflows
• Not seeking qualification as a lawyer, this is a career secretary role
