In-Room Dining Cashier – Waldorf Astoria Orlando

Waldorf Astoria Orlando is looking for an In-Room Dining Cashier to join the Food and Beverage Team!

Surrounded by Walt Disney Resort, this luxurious Forbes 4-Star property has 502 rooms, 30,000 square feet of banquet space, and 7 food and beverage outlets. This includes 3 restaurants, 2 bars, a pool, and in-room dining.

• Classification: Full-Time
• Shift: Various – must have availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Pay: $13.00 per hour

What will I be doing?

• Answers room service telephone and takes guests orders accurately in helpful, friendly, courteous and professional manner to ensure total guest satisfaction.
• Upsells sides, desserts and beverages to enhance profitability.
• Enters orders into computerized system and settles check upon delivery of the order.
