As an Income Tax Accountant on our Finance Team, you will assist the Tax Director with preparation of supporting workpapers for all areas of domestic and foreign corporate tax compliance and financial reporting.

Using your accounting skills and passion for working with numbers you will play a key role in supporting our guests by:

• Preparing Federal and State workpapers for corporate income tax return filings
• Assisting in preparation and filing of extensions and estimated tax payments
• Helping prepare the quarterly and annual income tax provision in accordance with ASC 740
• Preparing journal entries and reconciling general ledger tax accounts
• Assisting in gathering data, performing research, and preparing insights in reaction to potential income and/or sales use tax audit requests and tax notices
• Maintaining depreciation reports and schedules for income tax purposes

We’re looking for someone:

• With a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• With excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
• That has knowledge of corporate tax and accounting, 1+ years of experience preferred
