Job Description:
We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and motivated Income Tracking Coordinator. This role will support the Income Tracking team and play a vital part in ensuring all income streams are properly captured, analyzed, and reported.
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive mindset toward improving process efficiency and data accuracy. This role works closely with the accounting, administration, marketing, and licensing teams.
Specific Responsibilities Include:

• Ensuring all payments are properly tracked; assisting with preparation of the internal reporting log of all cash receipts
• Downloading and maintaining organization of incoming royalty and licensing statements from third-party portals
• Reconciling cash receipts to statements received from third parties
• Preparing and sending invoices where necessary, maintaining accurate invoice tracking, and following up as needed to ensure timely payment and proper documentation
• Tracking and following up on missing or delayed payments with appropriate parties when necessary
• Assisting with live performance tracking by collecting show data and ensuring accurate submission of performance through PRO portals and then tracking those submissions
• Contributing to process improvement initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency and data integrity
• Supporting the Income Tracking team with ad hoc projects, data reviews, reconciliations, and report preparation

experience and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1 year of relevant experience in the music industry
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with royalty statements, income tracking, or financial reporting processes preferred
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Eagerness to learn music industry revenue streams and royalty structures
• Proactive communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated team player who takes ownership of assigned responsibilities
