Spark creativity and inspire artistic exploration in our outstanding all-girls school, Newham! (KS5 Applicable)We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Art Teacher to join our creative arts department. You will play a key role in igniting students’ passion for art and developing their artistic skills, including at A-Level.Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and challenging art lessons across Key Stages 3-5.
• Plan and implement a diverse and innovative art curriculum, including A-Level.
• Develop students’ artistic skills, knowledge, and understanding.
• Create a stimulating and supportive learning environment.
• Organize and lead art projects and exhibitions.
• Contribute to the wider school community and promote the importance of art education.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Degree in Fine Art or a related subject.
• Proven experience teaching Art at secondary level, including A-Level.
• Strong subject knowledge and understanding of art history and techniques, with A-Level specialism.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for inspiring creativity and artistic expression in young women, including those pursuing further artistic studies.
