Designs or modifies basic tooling, fixtures, and manufacturing aids to support production processes.
Uses CAD tools to support:
Production line balancing and flow optimization
Equipment integration into existing manufacturing systems
Ergonomic workstation design
Space utilization and capacity planning
Any other job duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in aerospace manufacturing
Knowledge of machining and composite manufacturing processes
Six Sigma Green Belt
Experience with ERP/MES systems
