Industrial Sprayer Job Summary: A family owned job shop of 35 years is looking for a new team member. This position requires someone who likes a job where they are doing something physical throughout the day. This company specializes in powder coating for various industries and this position requires racking parts, un-racking parts and preparing the parts to be shipped.

Industrial Sprayer Requirements:

• Must abide by MIOSHA and PMF safety requirements while in the booth
• Each team member is responsible for their own equipment; any maintenance issues must be reported to the Lead or a direct supervisor immediately
• Required to clean out the booth and equipment thoroughly between color changes
• Responsible for ensuring the correct powders are used at all times (double-checking box labels and color tags)
• Must inform batch workers when large parts are entering the oven
• Must ensure products meet the highest quality standards according to PMF and customer requirements
• Must demonstrate accountability for the paint process and communicate with other team members about the booth schedule

Schedule & Pay:

• Monday-Friday from 7:00am-3:30pm; Saturdays as needed
• $17.00/hr

Industrial Sprayer Qualifications:

• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment
• Spatial reasoning is critical because there is a moving line of parts
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrated safety consciousness
• Ability to lift all different shapes and weights
• Quality oriented and a good eye for detail
• Team player and willingness to cross train
