Responsibilities

Arcfield is growing and seeking a Systems Engineer Senior Technical Specialist to support Information Management for their customer&rsquos COMM Directorate. The ideal candidate for this position will be able to assist in designing, developing, and managing a structured mechanism to organize and manage information. (Please note, an offer for this position will be contingent on an awarded contract.) 

Key Responsibilities Include: 

• Support the design, development, and management of web pages, business process tools, presentation technologies, work-flows, or other technologies that have been inherited, in support of Office, Group, Directorate, and/or Chief Information Officer (CIO) needs and requirements
• Assist the design, management, implementation, and account for technology interfaces, graphics, drivers, code, etc., in support of Office, Group, Directorate, and/or Chief Information Officer (CIO) needs and requirements.
• Support the ingestion, management, and dispersion of enterprise communications (e.g., emails, postings, threads, fora, etc.) and technologies, to support the proliferation of Government strategy, priorities, goals and objectives, workforce communications, or other Government requirements.

Qualifications

Required: 

• BS 10-12, MS 8-10, PhD 5-7
• Must possess and have the ability to maintain an Active Top Secret / SCI w/Poly Clearance
• Bachelor&rsquos degree in science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Management/Communications or related fields
• Strong customer intimacy skills ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams as well as to interface effectively with personnel at all levels of government
• A commitment to quality, accuracy, continuous improvement, and be detailed oriented
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple tasks concurrently
• Good communication skills to liaise with technical and non-technical audiences
• Analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills
• Demonstrated judgment, initiative, and critical thinking to execute mission objectives
• The ability to travel as necessary to satisfy assigned tasks
• Flexibility to execute additional duties as assigned
• Previous experience acting as a customer liaison demonstrating support for business development activities and understands requirements
• Previous experience with Information Management

Desired:

• Advanced degrees or certifications in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics
• Demonstrated ability to use a holistic approach to, design, develop, evaluate and modify end-to-end systems and systems-oriented products through their entire life cycle
• Has established and coordinated the development of standards, practices, and procedures as related to the overall product development
• Experience handling large and complex database repositories
