Your impact

Reporting to the Program Manager and the designated Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for providing technical support in terms of information management and systems, as well as web development, as it relates to any capital improvement project. This includes document control, data management, and the implementation and maintenance of program management information systems, among other technical duties, according to the program’s needs.

Here’s what you’ll be doing

  • Developing and implementing digital document control procedures, guidelines, and tools to ensure the accurate and efficient management, upload, and allocation of project documentation and data.
  • Promote document control compliance according to quality requirements, utilizing project audits to review fulfillment, and highlight areas for technical or administrative improvement.
  • Overseeing the organization, storage, and retrieval of project documentation and data, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Managing data collection, storage, and analysis processes to support program decision making and reporting requirements.
  • Development and utilization of dashboarding to present collected data to track performance and trends, among other parameters, according to program/project needs and requirements.
  • Investigation of program systems to provide regular reporting on the health status of the document control systems.
  • Coordinating training and support to PMO staff on document control procedures, data management practices, and the use of program management information systems.
  • Collaborating with project teams and stakeholders to identify information and web-based management needs and develop solutions to address them.
  • Monitoring information system and web-based performance and recommending improvements or upgrades as necessary to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide support to the Project Manager in managing team inputs of data and document control technicians.
  • Staying informed about emerging trends and technologies in information management and systems to continuously improve practices and processes, according to program/project needs.

Here’s what you’ll need

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, engineering, or business administration.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in information management or data management.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards related to document control, data management, and information security.
  • Strong understanding of document control principles, data management best practices, and program management information systems.
  • Experience with the selection, implementation, and maintenance of information management systems, document management systems, database management systems, and project management software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Master’s degree in information management, computer science, web design, or business administration.
  • Experience in information management, data management, preferably in a program management or construction management environment.

46,600.00

Posted Salary Range: Upper

60,000.00

The base salary range for this position is $46,600.00 to $60,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
