This position is physically located in the Marshall Islands in support of LOGCAP***
Under general supervision, the Information Management (IM) Associate will assist in the daily operations for various sections of the Information Management Directorate. Typical duties include the following – Assisting Service Desk Personal with various tasks, Site Technician work orders, Audio Visual (AV) Event support and IM property/supply accountability.

Provide general assistance in various sections of the Information Management Directorate
Assist Service Desk personal with work order processing
Assist Site Technicians with responding to and troubleshooting work orders
Assist Operations with document control
Assist with AV Support for various events and projects
Assist with the accountability of IM Property and Supplies
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: Education/Certifications: One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be CAC eligible and/or able to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC)
Experience:
One year of customer service knowledge and experience.
Must be able to read/write and speak English.
Preferred:
Experience and knowledge of an IM service environment

Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to maintain discipline and follow Information Management policies and procedures
Ability to maintain effective working relationships with other staff and the general public
Working Conditions:
Must be capable of working in various weather conditions with temperatures (humidity, rain, warm, sunny)
Physical Requirements:
Light work. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
Work may require heavy lifting, stooping, climbing, prolonged standing, prolonged sitting, and working with or in areas where a potential could exist for exposure to physical, chemical, or biological agents.
Employee use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required for some situations. PPE includes, but is not limited to, head, foot, torso, respiratory, vision, and hearing protective devices.
Must comply with all Fire and Safety Regulations and post policies.
