ABOUT THIS TEAM

Quality is at the heart of who we are. The Product Integrity Systems team’s key objective is to design and operate the global product integrity system to maximize the product’s value to the guest while minimizing risk to the brand. They serve as the global Centre of policy, data, document management, and internal audit to all PI teams.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Manage team documentation and Sharepoint sites; retrieve active and archived documents as requested by teams
  • Conduct annual document audit and manage outcome actions
  • Lead the creation, maintenance, and review of official company documents (ie. SOPs, quick reference guides, manuals), using technical writing best practices
  • Develop and utilize information management metrics, dashboards, surveys and other reports to identify opportunities for improvement and possible issues related to document management system
  • Deepen existing cross functional relationships to create meaningful and powerful partnerships
  • Design and administer system access rights, revision control, and retention periods to ensure security of system and integrity of documents
  • Lead, support, & facilitate successful roll out of new systems, processes and projects as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Masters of Library & Information Science/Archival studies, or Records Management education an asset
  • Knowledge of apparel industry & quality principles an asset
  • 5-8 years work experience in operations or library management, preferably in Quality organization
  • Ability to organize, set priorities, and manage multiple tasks on tight deadlines; escalate issues as needed and support leadership with strategic decision making
  • Ability to work well as a member on cross-functional teams and hold your peers and partners accountable
  • Ability to quickly understand cross functional work patterns and identify opportunities for increased efficiencies

Compensation and Benefits Package 

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $79,100-$98,900 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and equity offerings, subject to program eligibility requirements.
