Description

AIS is seeking an Information Management Professional to support the Quality Management System programs for three Centers in Facilities & Infrastructure. This includes document and records management. To join our team of outstanding professionals, apply today!

This Hybrid position requires that you live within commuting distance from Albuquerque, NM.

Responsibilities

• The job would be categorizing, organizing, and managing information through the full information lifecycle from creation to final archive.
• It would include facilitating the flow of information, either electronically or procedural, within the F&I organizations while integrating with technical staff and Documents Lead.
• They would be asked to accurately translate and distill complicated technical issues into information solutions and to disseminate information while maintaining security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Active DOE L-clearance (minimum)
• 2 years Information Management experience

Desired Qualification:

• Sandia Specific Experience Preferred

Physical Demands:

• If you have a Medical Portable Electronic Device (MedPED), such as a pacemaker, defibrillator, drug-releasing pump, hearing aids, or diagnostic equipment and other equipment for measuring, monitoring, and recording body functions such as heartbeat and brain waves, if employed by Sub-contractor you may be required to comply with NNSA security requirements for MedPEDs.
• If you have a MedPED and you are selected for an on-site interview at Sub-contractor, there may be additional steps necessary to ensure compliance with NNSA security requirements prior to the interview date.
