Information Management Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a Systems Engineer with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in desktop support and will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. This role does not require travel and operates during day shifts.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for desktop systems ensuring timely resolution of issues.

Oversee the installation configuration and maintenance of desktop hardware and software.

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.

Collaborate with team members to develop and implement IT solutions that enhance productivity.

Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions to identify trends and improve service.

Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.

Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with company standards.

Provide training and support to end-users to enhance their understanding of IT systems.

Participate in the planning and execution of IT projects to support business objectives.

Ensure data security and integrity by implementing appropriate measures and protocols.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions.

Work closely with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide appropriate support.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT services by providing feedback and suggestions.

Qualifications

Possess a strong technical background in desktop support with hands-on experience.

Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively interact with end-users and team members.

Show proficiency in installing configuring and maintaining desktop hardware and software.

Have a good understanding of IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance.

Display the ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions.

Certifications Required

CompTIA A+ Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
