The Role

???? The Conference department from Bosch Security and Safety Systems is looking for an enthusiastic intern!

Our team is dedicated to developing advanced conference products designed to facilitate structured and efficient meetings. We focus on creating tools and solutions that enhance communication, streamline collaboration, and ensure that every meeting is productive and organized. By leveraging cutting-edge technology, we aim to provide users with a seamless experience that supports clear agendas, effective time management, and meaningful interactions, making each meeting more impactful.

????️ Your Tasks

• Assess and consolidate departmental information from various platforms to identify redundancies and streamline administrative, documentation, and marketing processes;
• Develop and implement a unified system or platform to organize and centralize information, ensuring efficient access and management across all activities;
• Coordinate with team members to update and standardize documentation and communication materials, and ensure consistent messaging and branding across all departmental channels.

???? What You Bring:

• You are currently studying Computer Science or a similar direction;
• You have experience working with Microsoft 365;
• You have HTML programming abilities;
• You are able to collaborate across multiple discipline teams;
• You are proficient in English and Dutch verbal and written;
• You are available for the minimum internship period of 6 months, preferably longer;
• You can work at our office in Eindhoven;
• You are based in the Netherlands, preferably in Eindhoven.
