Your Role

In this role, you will be the escalation support between your team, IT, regional operations management, SKU, location management, system troubleshooting/support, and issue escalation of warehouse-related system issues. As a 3PL provider, we will count on your information systems knowledge to help drive system efficiency for our warehouse.

Your Responsibilities

• You will be the primary support foryour local IS team responsible for WMS and surrounding applicationsupport

• Manage acceptance and regressiontesting activities

• You will train and support localsuper users and operations on WMS/TMS-related topics and attachedapplications

• Align local incident managementprocess with regional one

• Be the first contact forsystem-related customer change requests

• Monitor incident reporting queues(RT) including after-hours support on a rotation basis for WMS/TMS and BI

• Propose and lead joint continuousimprovement programs

• Production and maintenance oftraining documentation and working instructions

• System validation – ensure thatprocesses are aligned with customer requirements

• You will participate in quality andcompliance audits

• Organize training ledby the IT team for your team to be able to provide the first level of support

Your Skills and Experiences

• Adegree in Computer Science, Information systems, or an equivalent combination ofeducation and experience

• 3+ yearsof experience as an IT/ IS Manager in warehousing or a supply chainenvironment

• 3+years of experience working with Blue Yonder, Red Prairie, or JDA ispreferred

• 2+years of technical experience working with 3PL products includingwarehouse management systems, transportation management systems, and ordermanagement systems
