Information Technology Access Management Technician Senior

Position Summary:

• Remote** – The IT Access Management Engineer Senior provides expert level support for access and provisioning requests, related issues as well as guidance and support for IT Access Management Engineers. They also work with site leadership as an escalation point for access provisioning issues and urgent needs.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities As Assigned:

1. Oversees identity management lifecycle.
2. Creates Provision/deprovision access in various systems and ensuring least privilege provisioning
3. Corrects access issues through logical deduction and reasoning.
4. Conducts access audits/reviews of security rights to ensure compliance.
5. Provides expert level subject matter support for privileged access management.
6. Creates and maintains process and procedure documentation.
7. Coordinates with all groups involved in access lifecycle.
8. Architect and develop best practice solutions for requests and incidents.

Qualifications:

Required:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Three years of experience working in an Identity & Access Management role

OR

• Associates degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in computer science, information systems, business administration or another related field.
• Two years of experience working in an Identity & Access Management role.

Preferred:

• Industry-specific certification such as CIST, CIMP, CIGE, CIAM, CAMS or other similar certifications
