Responsibilities

Provides technical expertise in the design and development of IT operation
environments. Develops strategy of the client/server system and the design
architecture to support strategy. Researches new technology and advises on
purchases for the client regarding processing, data storage, data
access, and applications development. Develops strategies for conducting
studies to estimate the space, computer hardware, software and connection
infrastructure resources required on a short and long-term basis. Develops
models of the computer and computer application environment, identifies,
and resolves computer operation systems performance issues. Measures system
usage by workload type, identifying trends, and estimating further
resource req

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
Active Top Secret/ Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI)
clearance with ability to pass a counter-intelligence scope (CI) Poly.
Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information
Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline.
Minimum of 10 years experience in the management of the Information Technology
(IT) infrastructure within an organization, including the physical
network (e.g., LANs/WANs, servers, terminals) as well as server
applications and software.
8 or more years experience managing a team of technical professionals in a IT
service desk oriented environment.

Desired Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance.
Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering,
Business or Mathematics.
2 years of experience in network administration to include the design,
engineering, technical documentation, implementation, troubleshooting,
and repair of network systems (routing, switching, firewall and voice
instrumen

Security Clearance:
This Position requires an Active TS/SCI and the ability to obtain a CI
Poly, US Citizenship is required to hold this clearance.

Target Salary Range

$86,000 – $138,000. This represents the typical salary range for this
position based on experience and other factors.
