Our client, one of Canada’s fastest growing and unique investment management organizations, grounded in real estate and powered by their people is searching for an Inhouse Corporate Counsel to join their Head Office in the KWC Region area and work directly with their General Counsel.This position is responsible for providing legal advice and assistance with a specific emphasis on the corporate, general commercial law aspects of the business (including acquiring, creating, maintaining, reorganizing, and selling, private equity vehicles and related enterprises, assisting with financial and securities offerings, negotiating joint venture arrangements and commercial contracts and implementing complex corporate re-organizations.Hybrid Work model.
Competitive Salary Plus Bonus Plus Pension Plan.Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B.) or a Juris Doctor (J.D.) (required).
• Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario or equivalent and licensed to practice law in Canada .
• Minimum 6 years of corporate/commercial experience (required).
• Extensive knowledge of corporate transactions, corporate structuring, and share/unit acquisitions and dispositions is necessary
