In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing new clients (“new logos”) within the Small Business segment across the EMEA region. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base and driving company growth by generating qualified leads, managing the sales process, and closing deals.   • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or in a customer-facing role with demonstrable exposure to business clients Small, Medium, or Enterprise).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Highly self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and closing business opportunities.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken); proficiency in a second European language (German, French, Italian, or Spanish) is highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using CRM and sales automation tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and target new business opportunities within the EMEA Small Business segment.
  • Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calling, emailing, social selling, and networking activities.
  • Qualify leads and progress them through the sales funnel from initial contact to closing.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients’ needs and articulate how our solutions can address their challenges.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing and customer success to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of activities and opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding market trends, competitors, and client requirements.
  • Represent the company in industry events, virtual webinars, and meetings as required.
