We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Inside Sales Specialist based in Minnetonka, Minnesota. This role primarily entails increasing Medicare membership through effective sales strategies, maintaining relationships with brokers, and ensuring compliance with health insurance industry guidelines. The role also involves working remotely and handling both inbound and outbound calls.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize expertise to guide prospects and members through the sales cycle to recommend the best product for their needs.

• Meet and exceed sales goals while ensuring compliance to provide the best overall experience for future members.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a contact center environment.

• Maintain a clear understanding of compliance guidelines within the health insurance industry.

• Utilize excellent customer service skills to resolve inquiries and maintain relationships.

• Demonstrate strong documentation and writing skills.

• Showcase sales and prospecting skills to increase Medicare membership.

• Exhibit adaptability and flexibility in a changing environment.

• Work efficiently in a team environment, contributing to collective goals.

• Display excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Requirements • Demonstrated experience in Inside Sales.

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Proven sales track record.

• Able to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.

• Familiarity with the “About Time” software or similar tools.

• Proficient in metric reporting and able to analyze data to drive sales results.

• Experience in staffing, sourcing, and commission functions.

• Knowledge of Medicare and health insurance industry is beneficial.

• Ability to understand and adhere to compliance functions.

• Previous experience with a bonus program is a plus.

• Proficient writing skills for clear and efficient documentation.

• Experience in prospecting and identifying potential sales leads.

• Knowledge of Content Management System (CMS) is advantageous.

• Familiarity with health plan options and offerings.

• Previous experience in a contact center or similar environment.

• Able to provide sales support as part of a team.

• Understanding of sales commissions and their calculation.

• Excellent time management skills.
