Linde Gas and Equipment Inc is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join the Helium Lift Group team located in Allentown, PA.

The Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for supporting National Account Customers.

Sales Support Specialist

* Process customer orders via telephone and email.

* Ensures ongoing accuracy of customer and product information.

* Focuses on maintaining customer relationships and addressing specific customer problems while interacting internally with branch location support.

* Provides support for ongoing customers by answering questions, tracing order status or product shipments and resolving problems.

* Solves range of straightforward problems and delivery solutions in a timely manner.

* Communicates clearly and follows up to closing the loop on open customer needs.

* Cylinder audit support.

* Ability to use and manipulate Microsoft Excel spreadsheets is a must along with internal programs to track and report customer information as needed.

Requirements

* High School Diploma or GED required.

* Prior Sales Support experience is preferred.

* Microsoft Excel skills are required.

* Individuals must have strong organizational and leadership skills, can multitask, possess excellent communication skills, and have great attention to detail.
