The primary function of the Inspector/Packer is inspecting and packing bags to maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards.
Schedule : 3rd shift, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Pay rate : $18.50/hr
Shift Differential: $1.00

The primary function of the Inspector/Packer is inspecting and packing bags to maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Responsible for scrap, efficiency, and product quality on product line. Responsible for inspecting and packing quality bags into box/tote per bag specifications. Ensure that box/tote counts are accurate as per the bag specification. Ensure that quality standards are upheld and that any suspect or defective product is reported for review and decision. Work as a team with others assigned to machine, including helping operators as needed. Practice 5S, Good House Keeping, and Machine Sanitation per company standards. Learn to pack all bag specifications and at all machines in production facility. Complete all documentation completely and accurately. Assist in the training of other Inspector/Packer personnel. Other responsibilities and projects as assigned. Competency Statements
