Responsibilities:
oTake time to get to know homeowners
oExplain what will happen throughout the day
oPractice efficient demolition in order to minimally impact customers
oProvide Signature Service by working closely with the Lead Installer on each job site
oPreparation of window/doors and existing openings such as taping, caulking and cleaning
oExterior/Interior finish work on all products
Qualifications
oWindow installation and remodel experience
oA proven track record of superior workmanship
oHigh School Diploma or equivalent
o3 years of construction or carpentry experience
o1+ years of customer service experience
oMust pass a background check
oValid Kansas State Driver’s License
