HOW WILL YOU MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN?

We have an immediate opening for an Instructional Designer to join our team serving IT Modernization and sales enablement initiatives for a large global client in Washington. This is an excellent foot in the door to our North Highland firm as well as an opportunity to grow your resume marketability with a global client.

YOU WILL:

• Creating training curriculum for several key projects for a sales enablement program.
• Work with key stakeholders, understanding the program, developing training scripts and supporting materials.
• Use technology for e-learning modules along with other learning platform tools.

IDEALLY, WE’D LIKE:

• 7-10+ years of Instructional Design experience in large, corporate enterprise environments; IT technical systems, sales training and learning experience, able to support technical and sales audience is required.
• Advanced user of Articulate and other learning platform tools
• Experience in contract and consulting
• Must have a flexible and collaborative workstyle
