| position Highlights | The College of Veterinary Medicine, with the University of Arizona, seeks an Instructional Facilitator. The Instructional Facilitator serves as a key partner in supporting effective teaching and learning by providing guidance on curriculum delivery and instructional practices. Acting as a liaison between faculty, instructional designers, and students, the Instructional Facilitator offers recommendations on pedagogical approaches to enhance the learning experience. The Instructional Facilitator collaborates with instructional designers by providing feedback to ensure course content aligns with instructional goals. This role also supports faculty in implementing and testing learning strategies, helps troubleshoot classroom challenges, and contributes to creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment. Provides teaching, administrative, mid-level audio visual and technology support to faculty, staff and students, in the classrooms, labs, and spaces across CVM as needed. Collaborates with the college’s Academic Technology Team to research, test and implement new processes and technologies to be utilized in the classrooms. This position is an in-person position and must be comfortable being in a classroom setting. This position requires being able to practice critical thinking and judgment, work under pressure, and the ability to be flexible.
