Integrated Logistics Support – Permanent – 17801About the OpportunityOn behalf of a valued client, LRO Staffing is actively seeking an engineer experienced with integrated logistics support. The client is a large organization with a local office in the Halifax area. Focused on the design and production of specialized equipment for military applications.A candidate who is actively participating in ILS activities will be best suited: mean time between failures (MTBF), mean time to repair (MTTR) and failure mode analysis (FMA).This is an incredible opportunity to join a well-established organization, as they continue to scale headcount, in consequence to won programs.The selected candidate will report to the Manager, Engineering and work in tandem with another ILS Engineer. Open to intermediate and senior candidates.Duties include but are not limited to:

• Preparation of proposal inputs regarding ILS, product support and reliability
• Task estimate generation & man-hour estimate generation
• Analyze engineering change management documentation
• Customer interaction regarding technical data package creation
• Work with engineering on obsolescence management
• Progress reporting to management

About YouThe successful candidate will have the following:

• 5+ years experience participating in integrated logistics support activities
• Experience developing ILS plans
• Experience conducting reliability analysis and reports
• Experience preparing training material for all maintenance and operators
• Conduct FMECA analyses and prepare reports
• Experience supporting bids and logistics estimates
