Intelligence Consultantとして、次の業務に関わります

• テクニカルエンゲージメント/プロジェクト: カスタマーサクセスマネージャー(CSM)とともにカスタマーサクセスプランを作成し、コンサルタントとして技術的な取り組み/プロジェクトを展開する責任があります。これらのプロジェクトは、ユーザーワークショップ、脅威ブリーフィング、脅威プロファイリングセッション、インテリジェンス要件開発ワークショップなどであり、これらのプロジェクトを聴衆に合わせて調整して実施します。これらのプロジェクトの目標は、お客様がインテリジェンス主導のセキュリティプログラムを開発できるよう支援することです。これらのプロジェクトの改善や新規プロジェクトの開発に継続的に取り組むことが求められます。コンサルタントは、Recorded Futureの顧客管理ツールで、成功事例、課題、技術的な成果を把握・記録することが求められます。これらのプロジェクトの影響は、NPSスコア、お客様からの直接のフィードバック、アカウントのリスク軽減、エンゲージメントから派生するアップセルの機会などを通じてモニタリングされます。

資料作成: コンサルタントは、お客様のご支援に使用する資料を作成し、当社プラットフォーム上の調査用のクエリ、リサーチチームによるレポートやその他製品機能の利用を促進します。また、これらの資料は、地域的な脅威の最新情報、プレイブック、業界レビュー等、広範囲に渡ります。コンサルタントが作成する資料の主な目的は、お客様が迅速にプラットフォームの機能を導入し、当社製品を中心としたインテリジェンス主導のセキュリティプログラムを開発し続けることができるようにすることです。技術的な取り組みによって多くの資料が作成され、コンサルタント間で資料やコンテンツを共有することも重要です。

• データサイエンス: 当社の製品のバックエンドを理解することは、プロジェクトを遂行する上で不可欠です。データサイエンスチームと密接に協力し、フィードバックを提供することで、オントロジーの開発やアラート結果の改善に役立てることができます。
• 製品: 当社の製品チームは、製品を改善するためのフィードバックを常に求めています。コンサルタントとして、チケットを発行し、プロジェクトが完了した後に直接フィードバックを提供することで、当社のサービスの向上に貢献することが期待されます。また、当社製品のエキスパートになることも期待されます。
• インテグレーション: コンサルタントには、TIP、SOAR、SIEMなどのサードパーティ製品を介して、当社のデータがどのように消費されるかを具体的に理解することが求められます。コンサルタントは、プロフェッショナル サービスと呼ばれるインテグレーションを専門とするチームと連携し、インテグレーションに関して質問がある場合には、顧客と緊密に連携してトラブルシューティングを行うことが求められます。
• トレーニング: コンサルタントは、トレーニングが提供されるイベントにおいて進行をサポートすることが期待されます。製品の専門家として、またセキュリティのエコシステムにどのように適合するかを理解することで、ライブイベントやオンラインイベントでより多くの聴衆とこの知識を共有することができます。
• イベントのサポート: コンサルタントは、多くの場合、プレゼンテーションやワークショップの運営を通じて、幅広い分野で当社の活動をサポートすることが期待されます。

求められる経験・知識:

• インテリジェンスまたは関連分野におけるアナリストとして最低3年の経験
• ネイティブレベルの日本語およびビジネスレベルの英語
• クライアントまたは主要な社内関係者に対するコンサルティングまたは同様の業務を行った経験
• 技術的な問題に対するトラブルシューティング能力
• 実務担当者との技術的会話および管理職との戦略的な会話における実証された能力
• 情報セキュリティの経験
• 新しいテクノロジーに対する適応力は必須。ネットワークやコーディング・コマンドラインの経験があると尚可
• 探究心旺盛、精力的であり、協調性があること
• 学士号以上の学位、または同等の教育および経験
• 下記のいずれかのロールでの経験があり、脅威インテリジェンスへのご興味をお持ちの方
• セキュリティ関連のプリセールスエンジニアまたはコンサルタントのご経験
• Security professional; former CTI, SOC, or incident response analyst with a flare for threat intelセキュリティプロフェッショナルとしての経験（CTI、SOCまたはインシデントレスポンスアナリスト等）
• テクノロジーに情熱をもち、ワールドクラスのセキュリティビジネスを構築する意欲をお持ちの方

Recorded Future supports security teams at some of the largest organizations on the planet. The Intelligence Consultant is a function of our Intelligence Services group, managing and implementing various aspects of customer success activities with our clients.

What you’ll do as an Intelligence Consultant:

As an Intelligence Consultant, your days will be doing the following:

• Technical Engagements/Projects: As a Consultant you will be responsible for developing the Customer Success Plan with the Customer Success Manager (CSM), and deploying technical engagement/projects inline with the Customer Success Plan that will be developed . These projects could be user workshops, threat briefings, threat profiling sessions, Intelligence Requirement development workshops etc. You will need to demonstrate an ability to learn how to mold these projects to suit the audience. The goal of all these projects is to help our clients develop intelligence driven security programmes. You will be expected to continuously work on improving these projects and developing new projects. Consultants will be expected to capture wins, challenges and technical outcomes in Recorded Future’s customer management tool. Impact of these projects will be monitored via NPS scores, direct feedback, reduction of risk in accounts and upsell opportunities derived from engagements.

Material Creation: Consultants are responsible for creating material that is uploaded into the platform. This material directs clients to advanced queries, Insikt notes, product features etc. Material can range from regional threat updates, Intelligence Kits, Playbooks, to industry reviews or one off global security incidents just to name a few examples. The key objective with consultant produced material is that it enables our clients to deploy features in the platform quickly to continue to develop an intelligence driven security programme with our product at the center. Technical engagements will drive a lot of material creation and sharing material and content between consultants is also important. 

Data Science: Understanding the backend of our product is essential when running projects. Working closely with Data Science teams and providing feedback will help our peers better develop ontologies and improve alerting results. 

Product: Our product team is constantly looking for feedback on how to improve our products. As a consultant you will be expected to raise tickets and provide direct feedback after projects have been completed to help improve our offering. You will also be expected to become an expert in our product as this is at the heart of all of our engagements/projects

• Integrations: Consultants will be expected to have a concrete understanding of how our data is consumed via third party tools such as TIPs, SOARs and SIEMs. Collaborating with a team dedicated to our integrations called Professional Services, Consultants will be expected to work with the customer closely on the troubleshooting when there might be questions regarding our integrations.

Training: Consultants will be expected to support at events where training is offered. As experts of the product and understanding how it fits into the security ecosystem you will be able to share this knowledge with wider audiences at live events or online events.

Event Support: Consultants will be expected to support the wider company often via presentations or running workshops.

What you’ll bring to the Intelligence Consultant role:

• Minimum of 3 years experience as intelligence, or related analyst
• Native level Japanese and business level English required
• Experience working in a consultative role directly with clients or key internal stakeholders
• Proven ability to troubleshoot technical concerns
• Demonstrated skills speaking technically with practitioners and strategically with senior executives
• Information security experience strongly preferred
• Comfort with new technology a must; networking and coding/command line experience a plus
• Inquisitive, high energy, and collaborative
• BA/BS required and advanced degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Experience working in one or more of the following roles:
• Security related pre/post sales engineer or consultant looking step up your game
• Security professional; former CTI, SOC, or incident response analyst with a flare for threat intel
