Job Details:

This position is for a summer Internship from May 2026 – August 2026

Responsibilities:

Learn Swire Coca-Cola’s Field Sales business-including large and small format stores, software platforms, Go-to-Market strategy, and execute KPI’s.
Develop a 90-day onboarding/training plan for new Account Managers & Merchandisers
- Dive deeply into the Account Manager day–to–day structure and elevate salesmanship utilizing current reports and data
- Partner with Merchandiser Supervisors to develop a plan to reduce turnover and build bench strength

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent related program with a graduation date of Aug 2026 or later

Base pay range is $21.00 to $30.00. Pay offered will depend on candidate’s geographic location, degree type and year completed in University.
