Intern in Socio-Cultural Animation

Position description

Your main responsibilities: 

• Participate in the Computer Café activities

• • Participation in setting up the room and maintaining the computers
  • Attendance and support for participants
  • Maintaining educational resources
• Host information points for parents during workshops

• • Update of the orientation and information catalog
  • Presentation and discussion with parents

• Assist the facilitators of parent information workshops, family outings or computer courses

• • Participation in the organization of activities and related sessions
  • Animation/accompaniment to activities with the facilitators
  • Organization of two activities from A to Z

• Support the overall operation of the project

• • Participation in team brainstorming, program design and review sessions
  • Support for the Educational Manager
  • Flyering

Your strengths and skills: 

• HES, HEP, adult trainer training or deemed equivalent or in progress
• You enjoy human contact and are comfortable with a non-native and multicultural audience.
• You are patient and enjoy sharing knowledge.
• You are comfortable with computers and administrative tasks
• You are organized, autonomous, pragmatic and show initiative.
• You have an interest in working with parents and children and strengthening parenting skills
• French level B2, spoken and written
