Internship Overview
You will work closely with our Sustainability Director and other team members on various projects aimed at reducing emissions and enhancing sustainability practices at NETSCOUT. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sustainability initiatives within a tech environment.

Basic Qualifications/Skills:

We are seeking a passionate and driven intern to join our Sustainability team for the summer. As our Sustainability Intern, you will contribute to a variety of projects that support our sustainability initiatives, such as:

• Advancing our product and service sustainability quantification and awareness system
• Implementing innovative energy efficiency measures in our data centers
• Engaging employees with best sustainability practices

Key Responsibilities

• Develop scripts to support product and data center lab sustainability projects
• Assist in data collection and analysis related to environmental performance
• Create engaging educational content and resources for employees in Green Teams

Impact

• Reduce the pollution and resource footprint of our products and global data center labs
• Engage people on sustainability topics and initiatives

Preferred Qualification/Skills:

• Passion for sustainability, technology, and learning new things
• Interest in data analysis and scripting, with some experience in scripting or programming preferred
• Transferable data analysis, software, and AI skills for coding and scripting
• Project experience in energy or sustainability areas
• Exceptional organizational, remote teamwork, and communication skills
• Open to students from any major currently enrolled in a College or University degree program

The annual US hourly range for this role is $19.50/hr. to $28.50/hr. This range represents NETSCOUT’s good faith estimate of the compensation for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary within or, in some cases, outside this range based on factors such as education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location.
