We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our team for Summer 2026. This internship offers a hands-on learning experience where the intern will gain practical, real-world exposure while supporting day-to-day operations and project-based work.
The intern will work closely with experienced professionals, participate in meaningful assignments, and develop valuable skills in a collaborative and supportive environment. This role is ideal for students who are eager to learn, take initiative, and apply classroom knowledge to real business challenges.
This internship is designed to provide meaningful learning opportunities while contributing to the success of the team.
*Must be authorized to work in the United States. The company will not sponsor work visas or other employment authorization (i.e., individuals on student visas are not eligible for an internship).
Completed freshman year by start of internship: $20.00 per hour
Completed sophomore year by start of internship: $21.00 per hour
Completed junior year by start of internship: $22.00 per hour

ResponsibilitiesProject Details:

• Work on creating a departmental tracker in Smartsheet that can replace our current excel file, and also help drive our KPI reporting, combining Tech Transfer projects and Cleaning Validation projects into one master file.
• Update Production Validation Master List for inclusion in Site Master Validation Plan, removing non-value added information.
• Tracking requalification due dates.
• Assist in shadowing Tech Transfer and Cleaning Validation teams during execution of protocols.

Ideal Candidate:

• Field of Study-Chemistry, Biology or Pharmaceutical Sciences
• Knowledge-Computer-based skills (Word, Excel, Smartsheet or similar software preferred), scientist principles
• Previous industry experience preferred, not required
