What You Will Do in This Role:
- Gain Hands-On experience: Work side-by-side with our seasoned technician mentors, gaining invaluable hands-on experience.
- Learn the Basics: Develop a foundational understanding of how diesel systems function, essential procedures, processes, and safety protocols.
- Dealer-Specific Training: Access exclusive dealer-specific training programs to elevate your skills.
- Travel is required for training and/or to assist at other locations.

- Get the education: This internship is tailored for individuals currently enrolled in or aspiring to enter a diesel technician certificate or degree program.
- Exhibit Excellent Attendance and Punctuality: Show commitment both in the classroom and during the internship.

While previous mechanical experience is a plus, we value the following qualities:
- Proven Work Ethic: A demonstrated strong work ethic.
- Drive to Excel: A genuine passion for troubleshooting and a dedication to continual learning.
- Possess Basic Diesel Tools: Equipped with a fundamental set of tools tailored for the diesel field.
