What You Can Expect

As our Marketing team, Intern on our BroadView team, you will have the opportunity to help communicate the value of advanced battery analytics, renewable operations, and digital products across the business. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience working at the intersection of storytelling, marketing, and clean energy technology while supporting internal and external visibility for one of ENGIE’s most innovative platforms. This three-month internship is based in Houston, TX, and runs from June 2026 through August 2026.

  • Create engaging visual content using tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar design software
  • Support video editing projects including product spotlights, team features, training clips, and platform demos
  • Assist with website updates, userfacing content creation, and layout improvements
  • Assist with modernizing PowerPoint presentations, ensuring clean, consistent, and onbrand visual design
  • Draft and design newsletters, infographics, and internal communications that help teams understand BroadView initiatives
  • Participate in team meetings, reviews, and planning sessions to understand product roadmap and communication needs
  • Gain hands-on experience with marketing workflows and digital content creation within a renewable energy technology environment

What You’ll Bring

  • Must be at least a college sophomore working toward a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or related field
  • You are proficient in Canva and at least one additional editing tool, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, Final Cut, or a similar platform
  • You have experience in video editing, graphic design, or web content management
  • You are skilled at creating polished, user-friendly visuals that simplify complex technical concepts
  • You have strong written communication skills, with the ability to develop newsletters, web content, and internal communications
  • You are knowledgeable in creating engaging content that enhances visibility and supports business communication objectives
  • You are familiar with branding principles, layout design, and digital storytelling
  • You are comfortable working with fast-moving timelines and providing consistent updates on progress
  • You have experience with website design or content management systems, which is considered a plus
  • You have a strong interest in renewable energy, technology, and product-focused communications

Additional Details

  • This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy consisting of in-office and work-from home opportunities required (20-40 hours/week, depending on academic schedule)
  • Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies

Compensation

Hourly Range: $22.50 – $32.00 USD hourly

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.
