School of MusicThe School of Music is seeking to appoint a full-time Administrative Assistant to provide support and guidance in the area of Student Support and Education. This role is crucial for ensuring that both the Student Support team and academic staff are well-supported and that key duties are undertaken efficiently.As part of the School’s Professional Services Team, you will engage in a variety of tasks to meet operational and customer service requirements. You will act as the first point of contact for the School of Music Office, handling enquiries from internal and external customers via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions. Additionally, you will support student administration, including recruitment, admissions, enrolment, assessment, and feedback.Salary: £23,700 – £24,533 per annum (Grade 3)Informal enquiries can be made to Nichola Amor ( )The post is full-time, (35 hours per week) fixed-term until 31st July and available immediately.Closing date: Friday, 18 October 2024External applications are currently not being considered for this post.
