Job Description & Summary

A career in Finance, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to help PwC in all aspects of our Finance internal function including financial planning and reporting, data analysis, and assisting leadership with overall strategy. You’ll focus on recording and analysing financial transactions, paying and receiving invoices, maintaining financial statement ledger accounts, and preparing analysis and reconciliations of bills to detect fraud.

Our Financial Analysis and Reporting team is responsible for managing PwC’s financial risk through financial planning and reporting, data analysis, and tactical consulting. As part of the team, you’ll help with budget management, cost benefit analysis, forecasting, shared services and financing.

As part of the team, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

  • Minimum 6-7 years of working experience in organizations or consulting, advising leaders on transformation projects, process improvements, design and implementation
  • Expertise in Transformation execution, Operations
  • Experience developing a vision for the organization/teams and realizing the vision through large scale transformations encompassing process redesign, and implementations.
  • Experience in a Digital world technologies such as process automation through robotics, predictive analytics and visualization etc.

Requirements:

  • Graduate / post-graduate with minimum of 8-10 years of transformation experience, preferably in a professional services organization
  • Excellent writing, storytelling and presentation skills, along with attention to detail and process orientation
  • Experience of working in a professional services organization a plus
  • Good understanding of diverse channels of communication
  • Big 4 experience would be an added advantage however not mandate
