For every child, support

The Human Resources Officer, at the NOB level, will be directly reporting to Human Resources Manager, P4 level and will be covering broad range of HR functions, including HRBP functions as well as other HR strategic areas. The HR Officer will also supervise staff to deliver HR strategies and provides support to the supervisor and colleagues in the unit by executing HR services through applying knowledge of theoretical HR models, as well as understanding of organizational HR policies and procedures.

Minimum requirements:

  • Education: A University Degree in human resource management, business management, international relations, psychology or another related field is required.
  • Work Experience: Two years of professional experience in human resource management in an international organization and/or large corporation is required.
  • Language Requirements: Fluency in English and Arabic is required. Knowledge of French language is an asset.

Should you be selected for a position with UNICEF, you either must be inoculated as required or receive a medical exemption from the relevant department of the UN. Otherwise, the selection will be canceled.
