The International Lifecycle Marketing Manager, Zero Trust will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing comprehensive marketing programs to drive growth for Cisco’s zero trust portfolio. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of security products, global markets, customer needs, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Additionally, the role will involve implementing and managing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to target high-value accounts and drive personalized marketing efforts.The ideal candidate for this role is highly motivated by outcomes and has the ability to think creatively to reach their objectives. They are proficient in collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to identify the highest propensity targets, the most efficient routes to market, and the most compelling content to drive outsized impact to the business.Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement integrated ABM marketing campaigns that align with the company’s global marketing strategy and business objectives for zero trust access
  • Collaborate with global marketing teams to ensure campaigns are tailored to local markets while maintaining global consistency.
  • Manage the end-to-end campaign process, including planning, execution, monitoring, and analysis.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including creative agencies, media partners, and digital marketing teams, to deliver high-impact campaigns.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in global marketing.

Our minimum requirements for this role

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on product marketing or integrated campaign management.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve complex marketing challenges.
  • Experience with ABM strategies and tools, and a proven ability to drive results through targeted marketing efforts.

Preferred qualifications for this role

  • Experience in cybersecurity
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices.
  • Multilingual capabilities are a plus.

Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
