Inventory Control Specialist 2

The Global Operations Group brings information systems, facilities, supply chain, logistics, and high-volume manufacturing together to drive the engine of our global business operations. • Control inventory by applying and removing system blocks accurately and promptly.
• Conduct inventory stock checks, rack audits, and cycle counts.
• Manage disposal processes for obsolete or damaged parts.
• Operate AutoStore (ATS), including picking, put-away, and optimization.
• Finalize IDAC transactions within SAP.
• Operate equipment to create and apply product labels accurately.
• Sort and place materials into racks, shelves, or bins based on size, type, style, or product code.
• Stack products on pallets per proper RTS procedures.
• Safely operate assigned equipment, including scanners, printers, pallet jacks, and forklifts.Perform pre- and post-trip inspections on mechanical equipment.
• Follow all work instructions and maintain compliance with warehouse standards.
• Identify potential risks and submit RMBWA forms as needed.

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of one (1) year of related experience.
• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and SAP experience, is preferred.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment with appropriate training.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills.
• Comfortable working at heights of 20 feet or higher.
• Capable of lifting at least 35 lbs. unassisted, utilizing proper ergonomic lifting methods.

• Certification in Swing Reach and Order Picker (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to safely and accurately operate dock doors.
• Perform tasks related to offloading trucks, receiving, and staging materials.
• Cross-training and certification in at least two warehouse departments.
• Additional duties may be assigned based on operational needs.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
