Inventory Control Technician

3rd shift: Sunday – Thursday, 10pm – 6:30am

$1.50 shift differential

Compile and maintain physical and virtual inventory records through daily activities like cycle counting, claims management, and accounts administration. Oversee data related to ordering, receiving, storing, and shipping products in the facility. Order shipping materials, supplies, and equipment to maintain inventory levels.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain records for inventory, purchasing, and shipping.
• Organize data from purchase orders, invoices, requisitions, and reports.
• Monitor stock levels and determine replenishment needs.
• Investigate damages, inventory adjustments, and shrinkage issues.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventories.
• Verify shipping orders using stock numbers, pallet IDs, and other references.
• Identify unused or excess items for potential disposal.

Additional Duties

• Operate warehouse equipment to move products, following all safety standards and policies.

Minimum Requirements

• Ability to understand instructions in the facility’s official language.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Able to work in cold storage (as low as -20°F/-25°C) or dry storage (up to 100°F/37°C) with provided protective gear.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs. (may vary by facility).
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends if needed.
