An exciting opportunity has opened up for an administrator to join a leading national investment management company at their Chichester office. The role involves delivering administrative support to managers and directors while providing exceptional services to a portfolio of high-net-worth families and trust structures.
Responsibilities of the Investment Administrator include:
- Provide administrative support for the transfer of portfolios and coordinating with relevant departments to ensure seamless transactions.
- Provide administrative support, including reception duties such as answering calls, welcoming guests, and preparing meeting rooms.
- Open client accounts while ensuring full adherence to AML regulations.
- Process and monitor amendments to client accounts, ensuring that all changes in client information are accurately updated.
- Process and monitor account closures, ensuring that all necessary steps are completed in a timely manner.
Requirements for the Investment Administrator:
- Have prior experience in a comparable role within Financial Services, particularly in the Investment or Wealth Management sector.
- Possess a strong understanding of the regulatory environment relevant to our operations.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach in pursuing opportunities to enhance knowledge and understanding, contributing to the ability to perform the role to a high standard.
